Laura Hansen is the Chief Solutions & Innovation Officer at eimagine. Her mission: help clients evolve through smarter operations, faster scaling, and solutions designed with customer intimacy at the core. A strategic problem-solver and dynamic leader, Laura blends deep operational expertise with a passion for modernizing how professional services are delivered.

With more than a decade at eimagine, Laura has been instrumental in advancing delivery governance, solution development, and leadership growth — helping teams harness data, AI, and structured methods to create measurable client impact. She believes innovation isn’t just about technology; it’s about enabling people and processes to consistently deliver value smarter and faster.

As a Board Member for AgileIndy, Laura is shaping the future of agility by bridging traditional practices with modern approaches such as AI-enabled delivery, customer intimacy models, and productized services. She is passionate about coaching leaders, strengthening collaboration between business and technology, and building organizations that thrive in fast-changing environments.

Laura holds a Master of Science in Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, along with certifications spanning project management, IT delivery, and Agile disciplines.

She lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with her husband, Henry, and outside of work, she finds challenge and balance through physical fitness.
