Chief Administration Officer

A Noblesville native, Melissa Watson serves as Chief Administration Officer at eimagine, where she leads teams across People & HR, Finance, IT, Resource Management, and Leadership Development. With a unique background spanning both public and private companies, large and small, Melissa brings deep expertise in accounting, financial planning and analysis, HR, and organizational change management. She is a CPA and holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business and an MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Melissa began her career at Deloitte and has since led cross-functional projects of significant scale, helping organizations implement systems, build infrastructure, and drive sustainable growth. Known for her commitment to critical thinking and data-driven decision-making, she focuses on solutions that begin with the essential question: What are we truly trying to accomplish? She values transparency, collaboration, and keeping the end goal in mind while building trust through authentic relationships.

At eimagine, Melissa is passionate about helping others grow and fostering a culture where collaboration and shared purpose enable teams to achieve more together than alone. She believes in the power of transparent conversations, partnership, and releasing fresh ideas that spark innovation and measurable impact.

Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mom who prioritizes staying engaged and supportive in her kids’ busy lives. She gives back as a founding member of Indy Women in Tech, an organization born out of her passion for creating opportunities and advancing technology in Indiana. She also volunteers as a singer on her church praise team and serves as a mentor to both men and women, personally and professionally, with a focus on supporting those navigating the challenges of parenthood and career. Passionate about service, Melissa strives to ensure people feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow, living out eimagine’s mission to #eimaginebetter both inside and outside the company.
