As Chief Revenue Officer at eimagine, he leads a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals, spearheading the company’s growth initiatives, expanding client engagement, and fostering long-term partnerships. Jim’s track record includes consistently surpassing revenue targets and building trusted executive relationships with many of the region’s most respected organizations.

A lifelong Hoosier, Jim has proudly called Indianapolis home for nearly three decades. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply committed to community service, with a passion for mentoring students, supporting his alma mater Wabash College, and helping to prepare the next generation of business and civic leaders. He has held leadership and volunteer roles across several local organizations, reflecting his belief that strong communities are built through active engagement.

By balancing executive responsibilities with meaningful contributions beyond the workplace, Jim embodies the values of leadership, mentorship, and community stewardship. He and his wife, Kristi, have been married for more than 30 years and take great pride in their family, which includes two grown daughters and a son-in-law.
