Erin is a Prosci-certified Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader and Manager of Data Solutions with more than 15 years of experience guiding transformation across public and private sectors. With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Erin blends technical precision with strategic insight to drive meaningful change. Most recently she has led OCM efforts for high-impact projects using AI-enabled software implementations. She recently participated in the Prosci AI OCM workshop, collaborating with cross-industry leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of change management.
