As Vice President of People Solutions at eimagine, Emily leads with purpose and heart, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, Employee Growth & Development, and Total Rewards. With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership and talent strategy, she plays a key role in cultivating an employee-centric culture where people are supported, empowered, and positioned for success.

Emily believes that people are one of the greatest strengths of any organization and at eimagine, they are truly what sets us apart. Her passion lies in building an environment where team members feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow, knowing that when our people thrive, our clients benefit. Her work directly supports eimagine’s mission to drive value for clients by investing deeply in the talent and well-being of our team.

Since joining eimagine in 2006, Emily has helped shape a culture rooted in collaboration, continuous improvement, and authentic connection. Prior to eimagine, she developed her HR and training expertise through leadership roles at national retailers including Nordstrom and Galyan’s.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management from Purdue University — Boiler Up! — and enjoys supporting her alma mater whenever she can.  Emily lives in Indianapolis with her husband, three sons, and a lively crew of pets. Her greatest joy comes from time well spent with those she loves.
