With over three decades in the software development industry, Doug brings a unique engineering perspective to data solutions that transforms how organizations make critical business decisions. As VP of Data Solutions at eimagine, he leads cross-functional teams that bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and real-world business needs.

Doug’s journey began with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University, which led to early roles building test stands for component performance testing in the automotive and aerospace industries. This hands-on engineering background instilled a practical approach to problem-solving that continues to influence his leadership style today. Several years into his career, Doug discovered a passion for test data and software development that would define the next chapter of his professional life.

Over 30 years in software development have taken Doug from individual contributor to application development management, and now to leading eimagine’s Data Solutions practice. His approach to managing teams is grounded in five core values: Service, Dependability, Respect, Family, and Humor — principles that create an environment where technical excellence meets genuine human connection.

Under Doug’s leadership, eimagine’s data solutions teams don’t just deliver dashboards and reports — they embed themselves in business operations to understand the real decisions that drive organizational success. Outside the office, Doug is a devoted sports enthusiast with a particular passion for the Indianapolis 500. Having attended over 50 Indy 500 races, he has witnessed decades of racing history and technological evolution. When not at the track, Doug enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, and they find great joy in helping raise their grandson.
